Happy Mani Monday! How was your weekend? The BF and I just chilled and watched a lot of TV. We actually finished the whole first season of Fuller House, but we totally didn't mean to it just sort of happened. The first episode left us like eh but after that it got better. We both thought it was super cute and funny. Then the Oscars were on Sunday, which are always fun.
I really loved the gold accent nail on my last mani so I kept it on and just switched up the color. The warmer temps on Sunday made me pull out Butter London Trout Pout, a pretty salmon pink. Shown here are two thin coats. This mani seriously has me ready for summer! Only 4 months left of school people.
Hope you all have a great week!

Essie Sable Collar
Happy Friday! The week went by so fast, which feels great after coming back from a week off. I was expecting it to drag. This weekend the BF and I will probably just hang out at home.
Today I'm wearing two coats of Essie Sable Collar, a reddish brown with gorgeous reddish shimmer glittering throughout. The shimmer is pretty visible except in low light, as you can see here. I'm also loving my gold packed on glitter accent nail.

Zoya Payton
Hey everyone! I haven't posted since last week, so strange! I was away last week in Florida visiting my grandma. Tomorrow it's back to school and I have a feeling waking up will not be easy. Since I know I'm going to be tired I figured I would post tomorrow's mani today.
A few weeks ago I added some new Zoyas to my collection and finally pulled one of them out to try. This is two coats of Zoya Payton with Julep Sienna as an accent. Payton is a full coverage jelly-like cranberry with holo glitter. In the sunlight this glitter is so stunning! The BF actually thought this was Zoya Aurora, and I then explained to him the differences between the two. He still doesn't really get it haha! They're different, right ladies? So we must have both!
I hope you all have a great week!

Classic Valentine's Day Red
Hey everyone! We made it to the weekend, finally. I'm so excited to have a week off from school to de-stress and relax. To kick off Valentine's Day weekend, the BF and I are going to see Zoolander 2 this afternoon and then we're going to attempt to cook steaks for the first time tonight. Wish us luck! The back up pan is ordering sushi. Truth be told, we are not super into Valentine's Day so staying in for dinner works just fine for me.
I was really feeling red this year for my V-Day mani, so I pulled out my beautiful Rouge Louboutin polish. I kept it simple with just a few tiny heart accents on my ring finger nail. I'm telling you, I always feel so sophisticated with this polish on. Maybe it's that $50 price tag...
I hope you all have a great weekend! And stay warm, it is seriously cold out there.

Julep Brooke
Happy Mani Monday! How was your weekend? The BF and I finally went back to Max Brenner and it was soooo yummy. We shared mac and cheese to start and for dessert we had dark chocolate fondue with delicious dippers. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!
For today's nails I started with a base of Cult Nails Nevermore. This is a true one coat black polish and the formula is ahhhhmazing. On top I used Julep Brooke, a glittery, flakey, purple topper. It looks just beautiful over a black base.

I hope you all have a great week! I'm counting down the days because next week we have a week off for February break. I'm looking forward to catching up on sleep for sure. Teacher friends, if you have off next week do you have anything fun planned? I want to hear!

Julep Tali
Happy Friday! We made it to the end of the week and boy am I tired. I'm so looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow. The BF and I are also finally going back to Max Brenner after what seems like forever! I'm already thinking about that chocolate...
Anyway (before I go raid the pantry for sweets) today I'm wearing Julep Tali, which is part of their liquid holographic collection. Julep describes it as a glacier breeze linear holographic, I describe it as Cinderella blue. Either way, this shade is gorgeous. I was a little worried when the first coat went on a little patchy, but the second coat went on perfectly.
I hope you all have a fun Superbowl weekend! I'll be watching the commercials/the halftime show and eating lots of yummy snacks.

Essie Bahama Mama
Happy Mani Monday! How was your weekend? I tried to enjoy every second of mine since I've got a full week of school. We were spoiled with a short week last week because of two snow days!
On Saturday I went to see my parents and of course my nail polish chipped while I was there. Luckily my mom has some good polish colors so I chose one of hers to repaint my nails with. This is two coats of Essie Bahama Mama, a deep, rich plum that is super creamy. I absolutely love it! I need to take a look through my collection, I'm sure I've got a dupe somewhere.
