Essie Go Ginza

Hey everyone! How was your weekend? The fiancé and I went to Branch Brook Park on Saturday with my parents to see the cherry blossoms. Many of them were past peak, but they were still very pretty! We also tried an amazing Mexican place here in Jersey City called Orale Mexican Kitchen. Great sangria, guac, and yummy tacos!

All of the blooming plants outside have made me want to reach for my pastel polishes, so for this mani I went for Essie Go Ginza. I'm wearing two coats of this pretty baby lavender. The formula is super smooth and self levels nicely. For a pop of color I used Essie Blossom Dandy as an accent. I think the combo is so fun!

Hope you all have a great week!

Butter London Trout Pout

Hey everyone! Today was the first day back after spring break and it turned out to be a pretty easy day - I had 7 kids absent! Originally we were supposed to have today off, but because of snow days this was a give back day. I think lots of families are still on vacation. No complaints here.

I was in the mood for something bright today, so I went for my favorite pink-based coral polish. This is two coats of Butter London Trout Pout. It always dries so glossy and smooth! This shade looks especially great in the summer with a tan. I think I'll put it on my toes next.

I hope you have a great week!

Zoya Neely

Hey everyone! How was your week/weekend? I've been off for spring break all week and it has been so nice. I did some relaxing, some shopping, and spent time with family. I even got back into my workout routine! It's going to be tough getting back to the classroom on Monday.

I've been wearing this mani for the past couple of days with no tip wear! This is two coats of Zoya Neely, a pale green creme. The formula is nice on this one - not too thick and dries pretty quickly for a creme. Once the two coats were dry I used a couple of pinks and a small nail art brush to create little flowers with leaves. I love using this design for spring!

Hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend!

GlitterDaze Sky's The Limit

Hey everyone! How was your weekend? The fiancé and I saw the new Power Rangers movie and it was AWESOME. If you grew up watching the Power Rangers then you will love this movie. I'm already excited for the next one!

I let the fiancé pick my polish today and he chose GlitterDaze Sky's The Limit (not the first time he's chosen this one!) This is a gorgeous pale blue creme from the Cloud 9 Collection. I used two coats, but as you can see I didn't wait long enough in between coats so I had some issues with bubbling. That's what I get for being impatient! The accent nail is ILNP Chit Chat, which is part of the Color Kissed Ultra Holo collection for spring. Chit Chat is a scattered holographic that shifts from purple to pink to gold and it is stunning in the sun. Pictures do not do it justice!

Hope you have a great week!
