Pink Skittles Mani

Hey everyone! We had a snow day yesterday and I took full advantage of it. I made a yummy breakfast, watched Dumplin' on Netflix (so good!), baked banana bread, and painted my nails.

I've seen a super fun pink skittles mani going around on Instagram and I just had to recreate it. Somehow I don't have as big of a range of pinks as I thought I did, but I made it work.

The bottle I'm holding is OPI Cajun Shrimp, which you can't see because it's on my thumb but it's a great reddish coral. Then from left to right I'm wearing Smith & Cult Suburban Warrior, Deborah Lippmann Whip It, Zoya Jordan, and OPI Mod About You. The great thing about this mani is you can use any pinks you have, as long as you go from dark to light! I think this is such a cute look.

Hope you have a lovely Valentine's Day!

Valentine's Day Nails

Hey everyone! It's been a WHILE. Honestly, I haven't felt like painting my nails for about a week. My cuticles have also been super dry and gross looking so that was part of it. I finally took my polish out today for a Valentine's Day look and it makes me happy seeing my nails painted again.

I started with a base of Zoya Jordan, a soft pink creme that goes on beautifully in two coats. I was sent some new stamping plates from Born Pretty Store a few weeks ago, one of which is for Valentine's Day. All of the designs are so cute! I had a hard time choosing, so I just did a different one on each nail. I used Zoya Sooki, a cherry red creme, as my stamping color.

Do you have any plans for Valentine's Day? Since it's a week night, we'll stay in but go out for dinner over the weekend. If you place an order with BPS make sure you use my discount code ASY10 for 10% off!

xoxo,
